Analysis
To build your custom machine, we’ll learn
about your company, your products and the types
of jobs you’ll be running. Research Automation
will meet with you to analyze your current configurations
and understand the functionality you envision
from your new machine(s). We’ll also offer
suggestions for improvements to your plans based
on our wealth of past experience.
Engineering
and Design
After analyzing your needs, our engineers
will go to work developing the design of your
new machine or turnkey system. This will include
use of our AutoCAD Computer Aided Design package
and our "Image" Computer Aided Manufacturing
and DNC programming system. More importantly,
it will include the brain power of designers
with years of experience solving the most complicated
engineering challenges.
Manufacturing
Using EDM, CNC and conventional machining
as appropriate, we’ll manufacture your
machine to the established specifications. What
assures a complete turnkey installation and
long-term satisfaction for our customers is
our thorough testing and debugging of all systems
before installation. You will be invited to
visit our facility where a demonstration test
run will be performed to insure your satisfaction.
