Installation
As part of our complete service, Research Automation
can deliver and install your custom machine. Once installed,
a test run will be performed to ensure your machine
is operating properly and (if applicable) fits as planned
within your system’s overall configuration.
Customer Training
Research
Automation provides complete training for all employees
who will operate the machines we build for you. In addition,
after the initial training, we are available to answer
questions and offer advice for as long as you own the
machine.
Preventive Maintenance
The life of any automated machine is extended by
proper preventive maintenance. As part of our customer
training, Research Automation engineers will work with
you to outline the preventive maintenance tasks you
should perform to maximize uptime and add years to your
machine’s performance life. |
